I mean, things like stockholm syndrome exist. Maybe there's a reason why so many women find themselves in pleasure from abuse and control categories: at some point, the women who couldn't handle the atrocities from wars, tribal infighting, etc. dropped out of the gene pool in some way.... Not so much a mind thing, but natural selection lead to more menhera on the genetic level.
