The female EN vtube scene was/is full of "hi honey, "ara ara," constant boob talk, and blatant gay bait (hence countless posts in this very thread about Takamori). Not sure why you'd expect the male scene to be that different. I get that people are waiting for the mythical bro-tuber who they'll celebrate and then promptly never watch, but at the end of the day male vtubing is likely going to be just as prone to pandering as female vtubing - which is very prone to pandering. Going around saying ara ara or talking about how boing boing/pettan your chest is is not everyday female behavior.

I'm not surprised, in the sense that her style of entertainment is the most different from what people probably expected ID3 to be like before debut. (I'd say Zeta most fits the mould, for comparison.) But that has me wondering what she did in her past life.



Doesn't help that the program she was using is very bare-bones. I couldn't find it myself. Anyway, it's a stream for cute sentences and 3D ear flaps.

Let me fix that for you. The EN Vtuber CLIP SCENE was full of hi honey and ara ara. And some poor sods who decided to run the joke into the ground.

Conversely, i don't think Vox will define what the male EN Vtuber scene will be, since the other Luxiem members seem to be doing fine without pandering as much.

It's worthy of note that, Re: Males need to fujobait to win, Noctyx's two most successful members right now are Alban and Sonny, and the only reason Yugo was overtaken by Uki is because he took a hiatus early on.

If there was no hiatus, the 2 members that fujobait/kayfabe (Uki and Fulgur) would actually be at the bottom of Noctyx in terms of subs and donations. In other words, at least for NijiEN's current climate, not fujo-baiting is just as viable to being a successful male V-Tuber.

tbh with the previous experiment anon did with Millie's channel, i wouldnt be suprised if a shitter decided to do so for Vox just to stir the pot even more

As far as i see it, the vtubers or corpos themselves viewbotting for their officialy branded corpo channels would be kinda extremely frowned upon so i deadass cant see a situation where that could happen that much, atleast for the bigger corpos like HL or Niji, unless a talent went menhera and did it on a spur of the moment autism thing

Oh the corpos and talents themselves are completely innocent and definitely frown upon it. Botting is almost always going to be fans or antis who do it to either inflate their oshi or purposely get their target in trouble.

Now that one anon has shown how easy and cheap it is to do, I think you'll probably start seeing a lot more of it so people have an excuse to ramble somewhere in the depths of 4ch with their chronic MPD.

It took literally 1 person to bot that Millie stream. Holo and Niji just might become a warzone of schizos botting each other's members to point the finger, and it'll be retarded.
