Honestly, I don't really understand this guy. He didn't accomplish a single thing during his shooting, for one, but the video he posted really doesn't do much better for him. Filipino-Americans are a weird group that's a lot larger than most people think mainly because they're almost exclusively on the West Coast. I have a lot of experience with them so I'll opine.

Most 3rd generation Millennial/Zoomer Filipinos (so their grandparents were born in the Philippines and their parents born in America) are extremely "social justice" obsessed. They often think they're just as oppressed as black people and are often the driver of BLM movements and the like on campuses in the west coast (where there are barely any black people). They also I think are mainly responsible for separating "Pacific Islander" as a separate race from "Asian" so that they can avoid the anti-Asian bias in regards to universities/scholarships/diversity hires. Again, they think they're so oppressed when they are the 2nd highest average earning ethnicity in the US. So yeah, haven't really met any non-leftist Millennial/Zoomer Flips.
