I'm kind of curious how he managed to get from West Memphis to Virginia in the first place? From what I remember, he went to college in Virginia, but was that the reason or did he live there prior?

Out-of-state tuition (not that it matters if you just ignore student loans LOL) is kind of ridiculous if he moved states. And it's not like he was an engineering major, where a good school stands out. Or even a journalism major, as laughable as it is, where a school like Northwestern is kind of a thing.

I'm surprised nobody else pointed this out yet, but this confirms the theory of Ethan seeking guardianship over Evan just to swindle him out of his inheritance.

It's still a weak flex, anybody can buy acres of undeveloped land at a reasonable price, and in better parts of the country too. Even with the crackshacks and the land to his name, Ralph is still a ways away from white trash royalty. I doubt their collective value exceeds (or even comes close to) $500k. If this was all that was left to him from his family, it says a lot about how financially destitute the Ralph clan really is.

LinkedIn says he went to USC (Also says he has a bachelors lol) I think his mom owned a house there at some point, so he would have had instate tuition. Also Evan is in a home in SC too, right?
Ralph has lived with his mom his entire life as far as we know, so maybe she moved to Richmond for a job (or maybe for some specialist at the hospital at VCU?) and he went with her

Zillow says the house is West Memphis is worth like 90k. It pretty accurately estimated the value of my house so I believe it. Don't know about the specifics of the land in Louisiana, but google says average per acre cost is about $3100
So maybe 150-200k between the two, if that.
