I disagree. If people were sending me nonstop rape and death threats for years, attacking anyone who enjoys my life’s work, making songs about wanting to slaughter me like livestock and stalking my relatives over tweets, my patience would be thin too.

One is easier to disprove than the other, I'd say. At least with the "same-sex attraction is transphobic" argument, one could undermine the premises that transwomen are women and vice versa. The other argument (in my experience) is undermined (or at least is attempted to be) by reinterpreting certain verses or applying historical information that isn't really relevant to what's being said. That, or claiming the verses in question are merely the authors' opinions inserted into the text, which is rather difficult to prove. The point being that "same-sex attraction is transphobic" is an argument formed in-whole or in-part by opinion, and is thus easier to disprove.

I think it’s interesting how this crowd loves to brag about giving drugs to kids behind their parent’s backs and then act surprised when there’s legal consequences.
