I'm nearly autistic in how badly I recognize faces, but I'm SURE that's him. The hat and the scarf appear in other photos.

You're right on glasses, but during the mask wearing idiocy, I took off my glasses a lot more too and just dealt with not seeing very well.

Colours look slightly muted in the vid screenshot but I'd say it's him...unless there are 2 ugly badly/identically dressed trannies in the area.
