It's also bs

You can't solve world hunger with 6 billion, just as Elon said
World hunger is basically a logistics issue, not a production issue. There's more than enough food to feed everyone on earth even if first worlders don't change their diet, the issue is getting it to where it needs to go. If Musk wanted to solve world hunger he'd be better off starting a biotech company and genetically engineering hardier crops like Norman Borlaug, who is credited with saving a billion people from starvation by developing hardier grains.

Really makes you think....

I'll concede that I've not been the world's biggest fan of Musk. I didn't like how he seemingly acted reckless with Tesla stock and crypto currencies. He seemed as much a troll as innovative CEO, despite his very real accomplishments.

While I can safely say I do not have a man-crush now, I have to admit that this was an act of heroism on his part. He may very well lose billions on this scheme, but the greater good prevails.

This will go down as a turning point. The left has been very smug, despite the profoundly unpopular administration in DC (which is more unpopular than Trump's or anyone's since they started measuring it with Truman). Why such complacency? Because of a lot of reasons, not least of which was the complete lock they had on the top five social media. In the rare instances where the media doesn't do its job and bury news that puts the left in a bad light, the left could count on social media to bury it and ban those responsible for it.

Twitter is ranked only 4th among the Big Five of social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok), but its influence is outsized; in many regards it is the most critical social media platform in terms of affecting policy.

Musk has singlehandedly blown a hole in the wall big enough to drive a tank through. Suddenly, the left's lock on social media looks a lot more tenuous than it did two weeks ago.

And the left has nobody to blame but itself for this mess it is in now (although they will literally blame everybody else)

Coming on the heels of the rebuke to Disney, April 2022 may stand as the moment Woke America reached its zenith. The decline and fall usually follows such high points.

It might have eventually happened without Musk, but time was not on the non-woke side, and Musk achieved in a few days what it might have taken years for lesser mortals to accomplish.

Watching the left's collective head explode has been hilarious. Any other non-woke multi-billionaires out there who can get a few jobs done for the hoi polloi?

Musk is still as much a troll as anything or anyone else, but I'm gladdened to see that he puts his money where his trolling is.
I agree 100%, this is how the left felt when gamergate went down, and now there is not a single thing they can do about it.

And then lemme guess, you'd exploit that violence to push the LGBT into the P territory as well as just trooning kids out by default and use the tragedy as a cudgel to bludgeon anyone that stands up and says "ya know, maybe pedophilia is wrong" or questions "maybe kids shouldn't by default be given hormone blockers and SRS"

I see where this is going.

Must... not.... Fedpost...

YES, Now we are talking free speech! Are the new rules even in effect yet? or are the tranny mods just too demoralized or overburdened to to anything?

Rumor is that the higher ups locked everyone out of the moderation controls to prevent the autistic spergout from affecting the site. I.e., for the time being, Twitter is unmoderated.

LMAO! Looks like mass exodus is inbound. Or at least for a month before they come crawling back to Twitter.
TalcumX will be back. There is a 30 day window to change your mind.
He didn't last 24 hours.

It took, what, 12 hours?
He is back and he is angry that people are mocking him for it.
What do I win?
He didn't last 24 hours.
Here’s his (partial) exchange with Posobiec.

He realized that without his Twitter sperging, his grift evaporates really fucking quick. No way in hell he had any intention of leaving permanently, or left briefly “to make it [his account] more secure”- that little meltdown was just his limpdicked way of “making a statement.”

Still funny, though. W.E.B. Du Blanc remains a massive faggot lol.

I'm not familiar with keffals, so when he said "groomer rhetoric" I thought he was referring to all the grooming go on in the left. Given that assumption, that first sentence is still coherent but means something completely different.

I suspect the Metaverse is one of those long term commitments to a new paradigm that Zuckerberg would like to be at the forefront of… again. It’s like when color televisions came out, no one had color television sets right away to utilize it, but at some point, someone needs to commit to the process and make some color tv shows, even if there won’t be returns on it for many years until the technology becomes affordable and accessible to Joe Paycheck and the common man.
But to answer your question more directly, no; no one gives a shit about Metaverse. And if it suddenly becomes a virtual haven for trannies, you can bet no one ever will either.
I've gotten emails from corporate regarding it, they namedropped Goldman Sachs putting some money in. Personally, I don't think it'll really become a thing, but I've been wrong about something like that before.
