Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
one of the troons I knew IRL got SRS and tried to pick out a nerdy guy, suspected to be a virgin, to try it out. apparently he had a really huge dick so they never got that far. there was no way for it to fit vs what the troon used to dilate.
I bet the troon lied trough his teeth & the dick wasn't huge. The troon just was too lazy to dilate so his Amhole began to close. He then invented the story about the other guy having such a mega giant dick that gay dick in dick-hole wasn't possible.

Let me walk you through a depressing journey...

This is the first post of a 24y/o bisexual gayden that has an abdominal phallo. Was cleared recently for sexual use and wants some tips for her future exploits with gay men. Is very excited for the future.
Turns out an elator is that weird thing I posted about a few pages back. That answers the question about whether it's used for intercourse considering it's actually for real men with ED.View attachment 3221569

Whats this? 2 months later...

Fucked up the sizing on the dickbrace. Too bad as it's quite expensive. She should have measured properly.

Seems to be surprised that her Ex continues to be disgusted with the idea of fucking a hairy skin baloney. Her insistence on talking to her Ex about this shows that she still has feelings for her. How sad.

Finally something positive a whole 10 months post op. Does admit to depression though.

I guess it's men only now for her.
View attachment 3221593
Seems very excited for her first "gay man" experience
View attachment 3221599
Seems unsuccessful.
View attachment 3221601
And one of her recent comments. Surprise! Gay men don't want you.

ok but wtf even is that thing for real men with ED, yeah I'm sure your partner's going to love having that thing shoved in them and scraping their insides instead of you taking some fucking viagra.

Allegedly it causes no discomfort but I don't believe it

Horrifying.

u/chrisphallo a.k.a the 19 year old 'who sends scrotum pics to his mother' just posted this.

This is full of red flags for the first stage of regret. Now that chasing the dragon had ended for her she's starting to feel unsatisfied.
It hasn't even been 2 weeks since their surgery. I'm betting she will detransition sometime in the next few years.

Imagine buying a second-hand penis clamp. Oh but I'm sure it's worth it!

BTW had she watched the instruction vid on Elator's website she'd have known the device needs the glans to work! And I mean a real glans, a three-dimensional structure with a sulcus, not the bit of tattooed trompe l'oeil to fool inexperienced gay men under dim light!

Calling six months, if surgery was all they had. They won't need any more (barring revisions), hasn't started working or studying yet as I read it so I'm betting they stay a perpetual NEET and then detransition before 20.

She had a bunch of complications with her metoidplasty (part of her phallo procedure).

My complications:
  • On recovery day 18 was my first time trying to pee standing up. It was at this point we discovered I had a fistula so I had to keep capping the catheter. I tried peeing again on day 20 and there were still a fistula. At day 25 was my last chance to pee before I had to get my catheter changed out but there was still a fistula. The catheter getting changed really sucked it was extremely painful but that’s not the case for everyone it was the case for me because I had a really bad UTI. After six weeks of having a fistula and a catheter, it finally healed and I got my catheter out on day 43. (This was not the end of my bladder issues though.)
  • I also had a little bit of wound separation on my Vaginectomy site but that healed on its own within 4 weeks (I did up my protein which seemed to help it heal faster.)
My longer-term complications:

After about the three-month post-op mark I started to get these reoccurring UTIs. I would go to my primary care doctor they would give me some antibiotics and then in about 3 weeks, the UTI would come back. At 5 months post-op, I had to go to the emergency room and have a catheter put back in because I couldn’t urinate fully. Dr. Chi thought it was a stricture but it shockingly wasn’t. My bladder was still inflamed from surgery and I wasn’t ever having UTIs from surgery my bladder suffered some minor damages that weakened it and caused me to have the exact same symptoms as a UTI but were just an irritated bladder. After hearing this I was so disheartened.

  • At 6 months post-op, things turned around! It was so weird once I became six months post-op it was finally like my body finished healing. My urine stream is now super good and steady again, I can go back to drinking coffee now without bladder irritation, and now I’m almost 8 months post-op and I haven’t had any UTI symptoms or anything. Six months post-op was like the magical time when my body finally finished healing.

If she does get more complications (very likely) it'll add to her 'gender journey' so it'll probably take a bit longer I think.

"Turning off the online porn for a while = FREE"

Now I have a question: As a man...he didn't notice the obvious NUTSACK SEAM these freaks always have anyway? The one on the taint?
That's called the perineal raphe, and both sexes have one. What I don't know is if it's less prominent in females. I have horrible vision and I don't wear glasses when I have sex, so I've never actually seen a perineum in real life before except as a vague blur. It's actually kind of a blessing, now that I think about it.

Maybe some 20/20 vision chads or staceys can enlighten us, because I'm not googling that shit.

Also risking a PL to say that never once have I referred to my genitals as “she” or talked about “her”, and I’ve never heard any other women do so. In fact, we don’t sit around talking about our vaginas at all as casual conversation. (Unless a friend has a health concern that they want a medical opinion on, I prefer not to hear about their genitals at all.
It's also weird because, as far as I know, that's not a male behavior either. Maybe it's a regional thing, but where I live if one of your friends started talking unprompted about his dick that's a sign he's either having a brain hemorrhage and needs to go to the hospital or is gay and thinks you're gay too. Calling it by either a name or "he" means he's a minor antagonist in a comedy movie.

Am I the only one who feels intense satisfaction when reading about men complaining about their painful, leaking crotch wounds? I literally smiled reading that and thinking ”Yep, now you know what being a woman is like. I bet you wish you had your peen back right about now.”

It just goes to show their troon male arrogance regarding being a woman, just plunge right into the delusions and popular culture imagery the entertainment media has created of women instead of actually understanding women. Call me what you will but that just feels again like plain old misogyny to me, men knowing women better than women know themselves.

Enjoy your closest to true womanhood experience you will ever get, wearing sweaty maxipads (because tampons would cause so much pain you’d pass out) for days and days and feeling like you are dirty for leaking whatever that is. Just like men such as yourself have made actual menstruating women feel like for ages.

// Reading this entire thread & tranny sideshows has peaked me real good.

I think it's opiates. They get opiates for post-operative pain, and guess what - they feel good.

And then you get the disgusting ones like kevin gibes who mask it as having "juicy puss" when it starts leaking pus and seminal fluid.
But overall, I feel immense schadenfreude. Every time an AGP cuts his dick off, a TERF gets its wings.
And I feel for the most part identically about Gaydens. Leave the fucking homo men alone ffs. A lot of people feel sorry for those chicks but people TRY to warn them it's not gonna be a penis at all and they plug their ears and screech about how they're totally a real gay softboi. Look at Elephant Dick, these women are insufferable, too.

^^^ Never underestimate the opioid factor when reading post-op stories.
My theory is that many, many of these young and otherwise healthy people have never taken a good hard painkiller before and don't understand how they can effect your perception of everything. You don't just get "high" or feel "buzzed" or whatever, you can also feel really at peace with...everything. All your problems, regrets, whatever surgical disaster you see in the hand-mirror, everything. Of course dilating is super easy and you feel "gender euphoria" and a sense of carelessness and newfound freedom, you're high as shit
