On the other hand, "Pedo Guy" seriously accused Musk of using a life-threatening crisis as a "PR stunt". He's probably lucky there was no countersuit.

But Rufo (and Lindsay) has also read Alinsky. And it works. He started using the term "CRT" in his attacks, thus forcing the wokes to claim that "there's no CRT, it's just a conspiracy theory". But he was already prepared to point exactly at their own curricula which were full of it. This is excatly what "freezing the target" means - the enemy can't successfully evade the attack by semantic mumbo-jumbo. Same with the "groomer" rethoric - it just works, while more nuanced talk gets drowned in Gish gallop of redefinitions, no true Scottsmans, 'yeah buts' etc.

They could do that, but throwing a grenade while you walk out the door has been bad practice for years. Nobody would hire you after it. It is the same as what i hear on the tech forums about people encrypting important files and having dead mans switches etc. It is all a feel good larp. Actual cases of revenge by sabotage are quite few and far between because of the quite obvious legal trouble it would cause. Despite what they say nobody hires a known saboteur even if you agree with them politically. Most of the more politically minded ones are in full meltdown mode over Elon's take over, but even they are not as stupid as that to start going nuts on the banning. Partly because half their defence about the things twitter has been doing over the last 5 years has been covered up with "no we haven't". So a lose cannon janny giving kill shot proof to Elon and the people who support him. Would be the last thing they want to do. I said early in the thread that the type of people who just post "NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER JEW JEW JEW" are going to get banned still. Just because, spergary like that is not even an argument. It is just you wont get banned for the bullshit of missgerdering or disagreeing with a troon.

2. Elon Musk changes a few things but it mostly stays the same
3. Elon Musk owns it in name only and leaves the running of the site to those who already do it.

Musk probably considered the unsustainability and logistical nightmare (not to mention how his money would be misused), and said “lol nope.” You can’t help those who make no effort to improve their situation. World hunger is an issue that will be with us forever.
