So he can publicly bring up reacting to the DownTheRabbitHole video of Wings all week before shit is even approved, butas long as Phil profits off of it. If Wing wants to react to his video, everything has to be private and through him. Probably because Wing's wife being on stream triggers him with his maid is essentially a ghost.

I think it's more that he's scared of what would and, in this case, was said about him. Phil loves to try to keep things about him from other people private and wings not going through him gave no opportunity to control the narrative. Wings could've had a lot to say about Phil and if wings were spiteful, he might've let it slip.

Also Phil likely wanted to snort up a storm through the stream and knowing wings was restreaming it, putting him in front of a new group of wheelchairs, had him change plans and hated having to behave.
