Blindness would be sad, because I couldn't share pretty views or other visual pleasures of mine, but I guess still doable.
When it comes to lost or disabled limbs I'll stick to what I said before, at most 2 in total and at most 1 of em being an arm. Couldn't do deformed limbs though.
Then again I think there is a difference if they "aquire" the disability during the relationship or before.

Lack of sense of smell, I’d be able to cut down to one shower a month
Also guilt free SBDs.

Lost limb (preferrably with it replaced with a weapon of some kind), lost eye (and they must wear a patch and/or do funny/cool things with their glass eye)
Standard pirate injuries basically.
Imagine the otherwise impossible sexual positions you'd be able to achieve.
