Help me understand the psychology here; I have never once in my entire life thought "Hm, you know what I should do in this tiny moment of boredom? Take out my penis and film it, then upload that footage online for a theoretically infinite number of people to see as it stays up in perpetuity." Not even once. Let alone doing this in public. Let alone touching a public bathroom sink with said dick. They can't all be exhibition fetishists can they?

Part of it is the thrill of doing something dangerous, part (especially for the men consuming the content) is just hatred of women and feeling sexual gratification at the idea of women being tricked and humiliated. The idea that women are using the bathroom without knowing that there is a guy masturbating, and that women and girls are unknowingly participating in his fantasy, is part of the gratification. They love the idea that some uppity woman might have to touch a sink that the guy has rubbed his dick on without knowing it. The idea of getting caught (and the subsequent disgust on the part of the woman) is also part of the fantasy.

I don't even have to see this dude's body to know he can easily still move a couch. Troons have bought into the whole "weaker sex" thing, to the point where they're convinced that opening a jar or moving furniture is something most women are physically incapable of doing. Men are definitely stronger than women, but women aren't fucking helpless. As I type this, there are probably thousands of women across the country rearranging their bulky/heavy furniture completely by themselves.

Reminds me of this case of a tranny in Puerto Rico who was peeking under bathroom stalls with a mirror. Women complained and he was confronted and thrown out. Later that day, in an unrelated incident, he was murdered. Do you want to guess who was demonized? The teenagers who murdered a tranny? No, no one seems to care about them. The man who went into a women's bathrooms and peeked into the stalls? No, he totally had that mirror for his own safety. No, it was those damn Karens who complained about him. They didn't even have any evidence that he was peeping for sexual reasons!

A lot of drugs are tested on men too, because women exists in a perpetual state of Schrodinger's pregnancy. We're both never pregnant and always pregnant and obviously these meds might affect a developing fetus, so they just exclude women. The alternative is monthly pregnancy tests for each woman in the study, testing only on women who have had hysterectomies/tubes removed (not that common because doctors don't believe women when they say they don't want children), or leaving themselves open to huge liability lawsuits.

It's a complex problem without a good, easy solution, but women don't respond to drugs the same way men do, so they need to figure it out.

I remember on tumblr there was a thread on how women are always told to take a pregnancy test, even if they are mortally injured, while men can be swept right into the ER. It was highlighting the double standards and hypocrisy, even when women were telling doctors and nurses they were not pregnant, how they had to wait to see if they were pregnant. While I understand that is done out of concern for a fetus, there were some stories on how women were crying and screaming at the doctors on how they were not pregnant and told to take these tests anyways.

Women have been understudied in medicine. The tool they use to shove up the uterus to place a uterine implant was originally used to extract bullets. It took until 2020 for a women-friendly tool to be devised.

Of course, with the push to make this into 'people with vaginas/people who get pregnant' it erases women as a sex and the need for our bodies to be taken seriously in medicine.

I should note that neither the OP, nor the people in the replies, appear to work in gender clinics. OP is a pediatric neurologist, and the one with the post-it notes works in family medicine. Unfortunately it seems like doctors (and healthcare workers in general) are no longer trustworthy to be alone with adolescents. So many of them are full-on cultists:

I'm glad these docs are getting their names out there. We know who they are, and where they work. After COVID, many so called experts and doctors have been called into question. We have doctors who think they have no idea what a woman is, so is there any surprise they are grooming kids?

The number of people who "identify" as gay or bisexual has fluctuated, but the number of men who admit to having sexual contact with another man stays pretty consistently at around 3 - 6%, depending on how you define it (ie, does one encounter 20 years ago make you an "MSM" or not). This is why it's important to understand that even the context of the "gay" or "Bi" identity is itself a social category. There are plenty of men who do not identify as gay who engage in MSM semi-regularly. You can argue that they really are gay, but for the purposes of things like Gallup polls they don't show up, which is why self-id'ing isn't a good measure of the prevalence of behaviors in a population.

So no, the alarming rise in minors experiencing gender dysphoria is really not comparable to "being gay" at all. I mean, this is where the self-id'ing as "trans" or "nb" is also problematic. It's not even super clear right now if all the kids getting lined up for puberty blockers even have GD, or if they just ID as trans and want puberty blockers anyway.

E; I should add that I can't find as good metrics on women who have sex with women, but I think that's because there's less interest due to woman woman sexual contact having the lowest danger for things like STIs.

There was a post by Jayman, an HBD blogger, who showed how homosexuality will have its peak in 20 year olds before plateauing in the 40s and 50s. The true homosexuals will still be gay, while those who might have questioned themselves will accept their bisexuality or settle into heterosexuality. It's remained consistent, even during the intolerant years of America, and even now, when being gay is acceptable.

For true homosexuality, it's something like 1.8%, lesbianism 0.8%, with bisexuality coming in at 3%. Bisexuality is higher among women, especially black women, with up to 28% or something identifying as such. Bisexuality appears to be the human norm, rather than exclusive homosexuality.

The trans thing is not organic, no matter how many people want to bring up left handedness. The gap between boys IDing as trans and girls is astronomical. Boys IDing as girls has fallen while girls IDing as boys has gone up thousands of percentage points. And it isn't universal across all age groups or ethnicities: it is primarily within white girls. Homosexuality, by extension, remains the same across all age and ethnicities. That's how you know it's organic vs inorganic.

I went to the ER with heart palpitations once a few years ago. They did a pregnancy test! I knew I wasn't pregnant. They knew I'd had a tubal.

Guess what? The test was negative.

My friend had scheduled brain surgery a few months ago. She had it at the same hospital she had her hysterectomy at, but before she could go into the or her pregnancy test had to come back negative.

It's never ending, but the computer makes the rules (that the suits and insurance companies make) and won't let the staff bend them. I'm pretty sure the nurses in my friend's case knew they were doing something pointless, but she's only 42, so still in childbearing age, so the computer says you gotta.
