Good luck with reporting that, his other channel is clearly breaking TOS for a serious violation but nothing was done.

Also, not only "support" can mean a lot of things by the offender DSPGaming (not for you, for whoever reviews the report) but it's also terminology used in the official websites. If you were banking on that, you should forget it.

Yes, they are supporting him and his channel by proxy, they're also allowing him to have a new source of revenue, this is what Youtube says.
The one reviewing all those notices will have a fun day I bet.

Good for you.

Overton window. Considering that he always got a ton of money when he did emergency streams it's funny how long it took to implement it as a daily routine. Can't say it's surprising though, any idea good or bad is put in place comically late.
It such a bizarre difference watching other succesful gamer streamers, compared to phil. He begs every stream, with little to no incentive to his paypiggies, gets mad when the chat is bored by his gameplay and they're talking about something else. I get that he sees his memberships/patrons as people who 'support' his stream, but his only content is playing the game, not even trying to make it interactive and relying on his chat to make it good experience.

There really is no other streamer like Phil that constantly begs and near always gets away with it. It's like a surreal alternate world.

So his prestream begcast will be 20 more minutes longer due to super thanks. Very nice
Of course, people here predicted it. Prestream is now 20+ minutes longer for eternity with the script addition. Is it over 2 hours now?

If you're going to report it, at least add a proper reference to how it breaks TOS:

"Super Thanks isn’t a crowdfunding or donation tool. Options to fundraise on YouTube can be found here. You‘re responsible for understanding and fully complying with all applicable laws. This includes whether you can enable, offer, send, and receive money from Super Thanks.

We continually use signals to identify potentially abusive or fraudulent behavior. If we detect any of those signals, we’ll terminate access to Super Thanks. We reserve the right to terminate access to Super Thanks on any channel."

https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/10879035?hl=en#zippy=,super-thanks-policies

The whole goes against TOS, but do use a proper timestamp.
The ToS violation you guys keep talking about regarding SuperThanks doesn't mean what you guys think it means.

The Part where it says 'Options to fundraise on YouTube can be found here,' the word 'here' is a link to a page regarding charity fundraising.

That part of the ToS is specifically regarding "crowdfunding, fundraising, and donations" is talking about to charities or other non-profits.
So Phil couldn't say 'Guys, if you give me SuperThanks today I will donate them to X charity.'
That's what it's talking about when it says 'SuperThanks isn't a donation tool.'

You are literally reporting him for nothing.

I disagree. He was removed from twitch partnership. It took a while but it happened, and I don't think twitch went out of their way to do it, it happened because people were reporting him constantly. @Nigel of Ukip had the right idea with going to sites like dexerto with Phil's behavior, it's that kind of extra pressure and exposure that can force youtube to do something. I've seen bigger channels punished for far less. Before anyone gets butthurt I'm not organizing an op or telling anyone what to do, I'm just saying that reports can do something and phil is not an unstoppable force. I dunno, I just think it will be hilarious to see him waddle his fat ass back to twitch because things went sour on youtube.
