Because Ralph’s sociopathic narcissism is so huge and blinding to him that ralph lives in a different reality then the normal person. Where we see the potentially large issues with something like ralph even attempting to fight someone legally. Whether it be heart problems, weight problems, substance abuse issues, previous medical injuries. Etc. Ralph sees himself as a king to all around him with the idea that he will win and live forever. Only until it becomes a real thing that the delusional wears off and his self-preservation kicks in. He will then destroy everything around him go preserve his ego and lifestyle.
Thats how ralph works. So will he fight anyone? Fuck no. He challenged me and backed out, andy, flamenco, rand, ppp, etc and immediately bitched out. Will he grift it for us all and hype it up til it becomes to real and run away? Yes, yes he will.

Ralph's behavior over the past God knows how long should make it apparent he sees himself above reproach. Whether it's DMCA abuse, wussing out on fights, taking cheap shots at family or other indirect means of insult, or basically anything he does, Ralph is completely fine with doing it so long as it targets his bloodsworn enemies.
Bit of a sidenote, but I had to google Bloodsworn to make sure I wasn't pulling terms out of my ass (Which I was), but it seems to be the name of a book series. This alone isn't funny, but my schizo brain sees three Bloodsworn enemies of Ralph in this preview.

I'll change it to that if this gets as far as contract-signing.
If Ralph is medically disqualified, or fails a drug test, or is otherwise deemed unfit to fight, then that can be considered a default win for Warski and loss for Ralph. After all it can be assumed that if Andy is deemed fit to fight (as he was in Knoxville) and Ralph is not, then Andy would win anyway.
And if Ralph loses in any manner, be it in the ring or in the paperwork, we can never let him live it down.

Not gonna lie. I think ralphs gameplan is to get even more extremely unhealthy as fast as possible to avoid fighting anyone in a legal bout. we may see him start doing mukbangs and more drugs as hard and as fast as he can. Ralph fears fights in the public sphere.
