Someone I know, who is extremely lean and fit, recently had top surgery. Turns out the recovery involved having DRAINS in their chest for like two weeks.

Compared to J, this person getting their tits off was like popping zits. I don't see it happening for J even if she lost a few hundred pounds first. She'd be infected within a day.

J would most certainly need a revision or two to the mastectomy, since even on a thin person they do t always get all the breast tissue. Multiple rounds of drains and incisions that there’s no way she can manage hygienically.
