He has no intention to avoid minors from now on. He is going to keep contacting minors until someone else stops him.

I can tell by the way he types and speaks that he is accustomed to a different community and environment. If this is even real he's either doing this for attention, or he thought this community would actually give him a pitiable response, like other communities such as maybe his discord, reddit, Twitter esc. would have. However, I'm not so sure he could have picked a worse community to try to play the cards he did.
