What is the most complete collection of all of his admissions, used services & identities?

Many of us think he is lying about himself being under house arrest, seeing three therapists a day, wearing an ankle monitor, being in Canada and essentially being under the supervision of the police. None of his behavior reflects someone who is receiving treatment and being monitored. It is the behavior of someone who's inner core wants to be caught at some level, but survival instincts rebel and tries to lie his way out of getting caught. Classic conflict of a monster.

The key here is to make sure this individual is under police supervision and that the police are fully aware of all of his online activates and admissions.

"I am allowed to have minors as friends." This was posted today, after this KF thing blew up, after swearing he was changing his ways, and after the two apology videos.

I know nobody believes his sob story (except maybe @RustedPeacock , although my read on RP is that he's actually a nonce himself, and knows full well what Phil is up to), but just in case you want proof to bring to the cops: here it is, from Phil's own mouth. He has no intention to avoid minors from now on. He is going to keep contacting minors until someone else stops him.

Death threats are funny, and so is telling him to kill himself. However, sadly, nobody here has the means or opportunity to kill him, and Phil's certainly not going to kill himself, no matter how much you egg him on.

If you, dear reader, manage to get his phone number or home address, don't fuck around. Don't let him get wind of what's going on. Call the police before you do anything else. Call the police before you post his dox, call the police before you phone him and scream "julllaaaaayyyyy", call the police before you get your bag of cement and plane ticket ready. Phil's confessing to crimes, and he's publicly stating his intention to continue offending.

While police involvement doesn't always work (see for example Pamperchu, a cow who's been openly molesting children for months, maybe years, despite alerts being sent to the authorities), it's always worth a try, and it should be the first shot you fire, if and when you get him in your sights.

For fuck's sake, he started getting in contact with minors AGAIN.
He didn't even make it past the 6 weeks mark.
What a fucking piece of shit. And I bet my steel, eight-angled ass that in his mind he's blaming the farms because "they didn't believe in my change".
That is a clear indication of two things:
1) he hasn't stopped messing with kids (something we already knew from the beginning);
2) he didn't start a serious therapy program, or he isn't taking the program seriously. He just wants to give the impression that he wants to change just to be left alone tormenting kids.
If you are still reading this thread, go die in a fire, you revolting waste of oxygen.

No, Phil, you can't "be friends" with a ten year old. You need to call the police, tell them what you've done, and ask them to get you placed in a therapeutic environment. You are an active child molester, by your own confession. There is absolutely no reason for you to be contacting minors.

Even if we didn't have all the evidence about his sickfuckery, this sentence alone would be a major red flag.
Adults don't have children "for friends". The mental difference is too big. An adult that likes kid-friends, is a sign that there's something rotten going on in his brain.

P.s. I don't think he is going to ignore his threads in KF. Maybe he won't write anymore, but will probably lurk while logged off (to avoid being spotted). He's too much of an attention whore to resist the urge to check what people tell about him. After all, he found out his thread while looking for his name on Google, right?

Even in a video game, if you have a couple good rounds of COD with the same person (back when COD allowed you to do that), and then he sends you FR...hmmmm...voice is kinda high, kid, how old are you? Yeah, thirteen? Listen, kid you seem all right, but trust me, if I was your dad, I would not want to find out a 32-year-old man was on your friends list. Trust me, you'll understand some day.

Exactly. Besides, it seems like sped running is a huge hugbox and youngsters with pronoun twitter bios are prime prey for any one willing to stoop so low. To me, it indicates he's fucked in the head. Nothing wrong with talking to teens per se, or even having them as friends, but any relationship you establish with someone less mature than yourself will have that power gradient and he should be is aware of it, which is probably why he engages with those people.

I write this mostly for @Synthia The Dragoness, who's no doubt lurking in the threads: if you're a normal™ person, most your friends are around your maturity level. You can't hide behind the “oh I'm pathetic” excuse: when one interacts with someone less mature, one either uplifts them or to exploits them. Which one of them you do isn't even a question at this point: it's built into your psyche.

Despite your abject actions, and despite what other kiwis say, you are still a human being: first and foremost of which, it entails you know right from wrong. And that makes the fact you refuse to do the right thing inexcusable. When someone commits a crime they: 1) pay reparations 2) reform 3) give society respite by undergoing appropriate punishment. You could have been 18 years off kiddie porn, it wouldn't make a lick of difference. Not being a pedophile doesn't give anyone any points: it's the bare fucking minimum.
