Someone who makes contact with minors online isn't going to be allowed access to the internet by whatever court. That would be the first thing they take away. Then again, if this is in the UK, they might throw a parade for him considering how useless their sentences are. Either way, there's not a fucking chance he's seeing even one therapist let alone being under monitored house arrest. This faggot was just trying to make himself seem less evil, proving that he knows how wrong he is.

It's all but conclusive something Phil made up, but in the unlikelihood that it is true, he isn't under house arrest for sex crimes but something else as he mentioned in his second apology video that he should be allowed to change without getting the police involved
