While the salt from the left is lovely, my question is whether or not Musk will allow Twitter users to criticize Daddy Xi. Let's not forget that Musk expanded Tesla into Xinjiang earlier this year, where there's a literal genocide occurring. And while he's claiming to celebrate free speech, he also publicly celebrated the CCP's 100th anniversary.
So yes, while this is all very entertaining, it's not a reason to start thinking of Musk as some paragon of virtue. I don't think anyone in this thread is making that mistake, just kicking back and laughing, but the amount of people online elevating Musk to godlike status seems a bit much.
