Welcome to the Farms, Ron. FYI, this place is big on backing up any documents or videos that get posted and routinely refuses to remove them when requested to by individuals and agencies. So any docs you upload here will likely stay up.

FYI I don't mind I put up some this info online on the Black Dragon Ninjitsu Blog and the Case info on the old Facebook profile. Legal reasons keep me from using it.... If someone wants to give me a trial by media, least I can do present evidence proving I'm innocent.

And to answer your questions;

Ron has filed what may be his craziest motion yet.

He wants the judge recused because she's out to get him, but that's only medium crazy for Ron. The really loony bit is that he wants his letters to the court unsealed. You remember - the ones that were so full of crazy that the court sealed them for his protection? Yeah, those letters.

I pray that this portion of his petition succeeds. I said at the time that surely something good was in those letters. Let's see 'em! You go, Ron!

Oh... I can't show you SEALED psych-eval from Dr. Hudson, had 2 on this case alone. The 2nd one involved me accusing the court of a criminal conspiracy to have convicted... Not in the 3rd Circuit anymore.

Turns out, the Doctor said I was sane. Now if I am crazy... Why did a doctor say I wasn't crazy when I said crazy shit, like the cops are part of a criminal conspiracy to convict me illegally..?

Now that crazy hand scrawled "letter" you read was my habeas corpus from Sharps. They wouldn't let me type it so I had to write it out from hand. And if you follow that I mentioned connections between the cops, judges and organized crime on the Habeas Corpus in state court.
So since I am already out; why not let me come to the court house and argue the evidence. As for the letters, those Sealed letters involve me informing Judge Berger that my lawyer was lying in court.

So since they wouldn't do anything but argue what Bungard left open to be argued on appeal and ignored my supplemental brief. My direct appeal never covered my arguments, only what Bungard and Campbell left open to argue. My arguments won't get heard until this case and since that uses my supplemental brief as attached evidence of record. It is all lets see what happens or else the Judge will rule on it De Novo (in writing) without me present.

Of course, thats why the law suit failed.

Good point. The fact that this "new" Ron doesn't seem to have access to ANY of Ron's old accounts (including the one he posted to while in prison, he claims) is a point in favor of the impersonator theory.

I honestly don't know what sort of Internet access one has while living in a halfway house. I thought the point of a halfway house was that it extended some kind of supervision over the inmates residents. I know the terms of his felony sentencing included six months in a halfway house and then a period of time (a year, maybe?) under the supervision of a parole/probation officer.

He's supposed to be on a pretty short leash, in other words.

You're right. It isn't him. The real Ron was constantly posting irrelevant documents that he thought "proved" things, and he always had them on hand. (That includes posting his own social security number to the Internet, in fact. Yes, he is that stupid.)

If this were Ron he would have posted those documents himself.

The only possible hiccup is that nobody's seen Ron for 4 years, give or take. He may have deteriorated markedly in that time. He might look very different now.

You can pretend if it makes you happy but, no issue if you record it and let us all here it online. Say a unlisted youtube video from a burner account. Nor would it specifically have to be you... Anyone from the forum would do.

Why is it soo... important for you verify it's me. I provided you reason why that fact could be better served unverified for right now. But, seems to me you have some alternative motive for this...

I could reveal some proof, lots of it in context but, instead of asking Phil to post the information I (we) know he has. Notice you didn't even "ask" you said "Phil can do what he wants." Then why can't I?

See I had charges brought against me by a bunch of child trafficking, criminals and corrupt cops. I can prove some fishy business all through the case but, the issue is if it's really me. No wonder I accuse people of protecting pedophiles for the same BS on facebook.

If I can prove court corruption with legal documents and portions of the case. I can testify to the who and where this is all taking place, who cares about a charge I beat due to "lack of evidence" when all it takes is someone to verify the lack of evidence.

This whole thing seems more like entrapment in the Half-way house then anything else. Its a sad joke that protects pedophiles... wow

Yeah, it seems very likely it's just someone imitating Ron. He does a pretty good impression, though. Had me fooled. He has zeroed in on how Ron posts his opinions online and then declares them "proof" -- yet, like a 'sovereign citizen' who can't understand why he got tazed, he fails miserably at every turn.

The court already demolished Ron's appeal of his felony conviction. (We must never forget that the real Ron Collins is a convicted felon with a long rap sheet of petty and violent crimes.) They took it apart at almost the molecular level, destroying it from every angle. Ron isn't going to be able to "prove" anything to anyone other than the fact that he'll never be able to pass a background check or vote for the rest of his life.

I'd add "hold a job," but honestly, the guy hadn't had a job for over a decade or more before he went to prison. We aren't dealing with someone who'll ever contribute to society, have a family, or even so much as shit out a full sentence in English. He'll just bounce out and back in to prison for the rest of his life, howling into the wind that is the Internet for someone to notice him.

I have to tell you, the one person I kind of feel sad for is his elderly mother. She's stuck by him for years and is in poor health. Now she's got, not just an unemployed loser for a son, but an unemployed loser who's a convicted felon. And when she finally passes away he won't be able to sponge off her anymore. I would not be shocked at all if he ended up quite literally homeless.
