That is not an "imagined inconsistency" that is a material fact of the arrest warrant. You seem to be the one unable to construct a narrative as to why the police would lie on a sworn document and, why a Prosecutor would lie for him...

The prosecutor's story was simple, but they walked the jury through it. Here's the paper proving that Ron was involuntarily committed to the loony bin. Here's the date on that. Here's the form where he said he'd never been involuntarily committed. Here's the date on that; notice it's after the first date. So Ron lied. Boom. Done.

Now, if you want to prove your case, you either need to prove an actual lie, or you need to prove an error that would have materially affected the outcome of that case. To prove a lie, you need to prove not just error, but intent. You need to show they knew they were not telling the truth. To prove material error, you need to show that the error meets that standard.

No, spewing court documents won't do it. You need to build a narrative, just as they did with Ron. That's why he went to prison.
