Future of the House

If the claim about the house smelling like piss and BO are true, then once the bank gets the property and sells it, the new owner is almost 100% going to demolish the house purely due to the smell. You just can't get rid of bad smells if they're caked into the walls and floor. I'd also imagine that New 14BC would also not be a split level.
It's not as hard to rehab hoarder homes as people think. Junk company comes in and clears the place. Then rip out the floors down to subfloor, repair sheetrock holes and put a primer with fungicide over all of it, and that's 98% of the job

Usually you're only doing a teardown to bones if it was a tweaker methhead house and they were ripping all the copper out of the walls

A kiwi needs to buy it and turn it into the Chris Museum.

Picture it. You can stand on the very spot that Chris stood and recreate his most famous videos for a modest fee. Ten bucks and you too can record a future message for dudes of all teenages, as well as the gals. Play the role of an anonymous internet observer while actors bring some of the moments we all cherish and remember into the modern day, such as the Clyde Cash calls and Chris's battle with the infamous Liquid Chris. A caricaturist will put your likeness onto any number of Chris masterpieces, including Mary Wants It and She Came For CWC (with you and a friend's face on Chris and Megan's bodies).
Be sure to check out the backyard where various outdoor activities will be set up, from Michael Snyder's Hit And Run to Mace the Gamestop Employee (escape the maze before the jerkops catch you and win a prize!). Kids will love making their own Sonichu medallion out of Crayola fuckin' model magic and acrylic paint while the genuine Leonard Bearstein Symphony Orchestra plays music the whole family can enjoy.
As funny as that would be, the current estimate on the house is $217,000 from Zillow. However, with how much damage the house itself has accrued, from fire damage to the disgusting hoarding situation, it's quite likely that the house would either be significantly less than the estimate or just straight up condemned.
If by some miracle the foundation of the house isn't fucked beyond repair, the house would probably still be at least $170,000. I don't think anyone would pay that much just for a shitpost. There's also the problem with zoning. Branchland court seems to be an entirely residential area, so it may just be straight-up impossible to create a legitimate museum there, although I'm not familiar with Virginia's zoning laws, so don't count it as an impossibility, although even if it is possible, I would assume that the neighbors would meet the idea of putting up a museum dedicated to the creature that caused them so many sleepless nights due to autistic screeching would be met with resistance.

Thank you!!! The house isn't really in that bad of condition and the right flipper that would want to invest in it could make it into a lovely home. Since the pandemic, a lot of people (especially families) are leaving the cities to settle in more rural areas like this. Ruckersville is a quiet town that isn't too far from more populated areas but selling the house could be an experience. I can't imagine being a new home owner and having random reddit fags showing up to take pictures of your lawn.

Day 1 The house is nice and it was surprisingly cheap.
Day 2 There is a funny smell in one of the rooms.
Day 3 Some asshole kid was yelling into the phone saying Julay.
Day 4 A dirty, homeless man was snooping around. Propably wants to dumpster dive.
Day 5 Someone ordered a few dozen cans of pickles and gave the wrong address.
Day 6 I think some asshole is fucking with us. The prank calls are non stop. I'll go to the police.
Day 7 We are moving out. My daughter came home with a tuppaware full of what she said was frozen yogurt. When I saw that it was semen, I tried to ask what sick fuck did this. She said it was a homeless lady who wished to give it to someone called Barbie Chan. Did some Chinese live here before?
Day 8 The crazy hobo has been yelling insanity and demanding to be let into the temple. I called the cops and we are packing to stay at my parents.

There's an archive of the actual post floating around, pretty sure. But here are the pics.

The yard looks exactly the same as the abandoned house near me where thieves stole all the copper last year. The lawn has not been cut once this year and is the same height. I don't think the trash can at the Temple has moved since the previous ween photo we got from there, no curtains have moved and I swear the lower windows show vacant rooms.

I really don't think Barb is there anymore, but without any proof of a rental dumpster being parked out front (or maybe two) at some point, I'm just guessing like many of us.

Yeah, I can't feature Barb living independently. Not at her age, with her condition, and after what Chris did to her and a major vehicular accident. My hunch is that she's living with her sister and brother-in-law. I can't see how she could afford a senior care facility with the amount of debt she's under, and I doubt her relatives could afford to put her up in the old geezers home. At least it means she has responsible people looking after her instead of an incestuous, delusional retard.

I can definitely see shelling out money for a home being preferable to living with Barbara Chandler. Sending awful relatives to a crooked home in their old age is a time honored revenge plan.
From apartment hopping to landing a home by seducing a sugar daddy broken husband and living in her own home to living in an old folks home. Full circle for the story of Barbara Ann Weston Chandler.

There are 8 rooms? Given how hoarded up the joint is, I though there would've been 5.
Im thinking its closets. It might be how the county inspector defines 'rooms'. Could be different than a conventional bedroom/bathroom.

This is 40 Meadow Lane, a house that was built the same year as 14 Branchland and in the same neighborhood. I'm 90% sure its the same developer just with slightly different features. Whats even better is it hasn't been remodeled so it still has the original interior features from the late 70s similar to Chris' hoarding dump.

This shows what Chris' house would look like if someone just put effort in the upkeep.

Interesting. I noticed from old photos, there was a wood paneled room in 14 BLC. Was that the Music room/Chris "workroom"?
