The most dangerous thing to come out of these latest Boogie tweets is a glimpse into the real man himself and the implications it has on his relationships with anyone present and past.
Even the mere perception that you've hurt his feelings or simply said something mean about him, means that he is justified in going on multiple tirades about you, demeaning you on all platforms, telling you what a piece of shit you are. This isn't because Ethan personally attacked him, did anything physically to him, threatened him or his livelihood in any way. He just called Boogie weird because Boogie made Ethan's illness about himself while saying he knew a lot of people hated Ethan.
Now let's look at someone who poses a huge threat to Boogie: Frank Hassle. Frank has caused Boogie more stress, sleepless nights, and meltdowns than any other person to this point most likely. We're talking about a guy who got into a screaming match with Boogie on a very popular stream where death threats were given, and then Frank shows up to his house to confront him. And yet we get none of this vitriol for Frank Hassle - none of these tirades, nothing that addresses Frank by name or tag. He talks in veils about "legal troubles" and "that guy" and "a guy" that showed up to his house = but notice he keeps Frank's name out of his fucking mouth.
Why do you think that is? It's because Ethan isn't really a threat to Boogie. Boogie knows he can go as hard at Ethan as he wants, and Ethan just gives zero fucks about him and ignores him. At this point, Ethan would be punching down to attack Boogie. So would Keemstar. So Boogie can say all the shit he wants about them because they are essentially non-threats and will not retaliate. Frank is a very real threat - he's proven how unpredictable he is, that he will fuck with Boogie endlessly and even show up to his home to prove a point. Boogie is scared of Frank, because Frank will hit back.
TL;DR: Boogie is showing that he is willing to be cruel to people who don't have any leverage against him, but will cower away from those willing to stand up and get in his face. If he treats supposed (even former) friends the way he treats Ethan and Keemstar on a public platform because they're unwilling to fight back, just think about what he would say and do to a woman privately, who's living with him and has zero control, power, or way to call for help.
