10 people admitting to having little dysphoria
I am going to be brief to not power level but these bitches talking about "only feeling dysphoria during sexual activities" pretending their surgeries are life saving when they were able to do everything fine without it (and it's obviously not debilitating if you're still doing "sexual activities" despite "dysphoria") makes me slightly MATI (also with the surgeons going ahead and destroying their bodies for nothing).
Also at this point we should just admit that "top dysphoria" is a different beast and is mostly just "social dysphoria" of not being able to be seen as a man and not an actual discomfort with the parts themselves like genital dysphoria.

UselessAltThing is a regular at this point, we still haven't come to a consensus if it's a veeeery dedicated troll or a disturbed girl (or a girl lying about the stuff she wishes she had). What makes me most skeptical is that she was very horny in posts where she wasn't talking about wanting no genitals, I assume if she had the surgeries she claims she would be whining about it somehow (plus questionable posts about a girlfriend).
People might claim the nullo surgeries themselves make it seem fake but (PL) I definitely would have wanted them at her age, tbh I'm surprised there aren't other girls asking for that if anything.

For all we talk about the doctors, some of the crazyness going on is greedy bastards responding to demand, not coming up with stuff on their own.
Side note: Doctor Crane deserves a thread, the lore on him is ever expanding, he is one of those doctors that enjoy attention and makes videos and he seems to be involved in so many freakshows. Plus we would have a thread for a butcher focused on bolognas, completing the trifecta of horrors.
it is completely useless, it can't do anything except sit there limply. It is very telling that she had to go to several surgeons to get this done and the one that agreed asked no real questions about the plan, and happens to be a guy that got sued no less than 8 times for malpractice & moved to texas to avoid more suits.
as part of the settlements lots of the victims took down info about being botched, but I remember one quite vividly. he punctured the large intestine on a patient during the vaginectomy portion of surgery and the poor woman had to get an ostomy bag. I don't know if they were ever able to get things back to normal but they had a double digit number of revision surgeries to try and fix issues w/the intestines and other random shit that popped up as a result of phalloplasty.
Isn't there a video where he says something like "I don't worry about fistulas"? Guy is a scumbag, and there's a wealth of maaterial from different sources of his douchiness if we wanted to compile it all. I'm curious about getting info on his lawsuits and compare it to his videos or medical writing (he has a lot of articles and some book writing). Plus he has some personal connection with many other famous butchers

And of course she had no dysphoria before transitioning and th different "treatments" slowly killed her hability to feel pleasure/actually gave her something close to dysphoria. It's definitely amusing how "you don't have to have dysphoria to be trans" stuff has made most of the "trans community" only become "dysphoric" after their supposed "life saving medicine" that was supposed to save them from that "dysphoria" they didn't have. Trron logic has gone through so many loops it's impossible to even do a proper psychological evaluation because it's so many different things being treated like they are the same but I wish they would at least separate "body/genital dysphoria" from "social dysphoria" and even just "thinking being the other sex was cooler even though you have neither" because those require very different treatments and if they are lumped together we will never get anywhere with possible cures (that don't involve hormone/mengele surgery)
I feel there's been an increase of these posts in the trans-surgery subreddits in the past 12 months. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of an increase as time goes on.
I understand wanting to salvage what you already have but those people wanting to surgically create more stuff like their other surgeries weren't complete failures... Just stop chasing the dragon, please.
