Since watching hololive 3rd fes on a whim live last month for the novelty of it I’ve now succeeded in watching every live concert such as 1st/2nd fes/From First etc, every solo live concert I could find uploaded like Role:Play/Watame Night Fever in Zepp Tokyo/both of aqua’s/stellar into the galaxy etc, and as of now every 3D Live musical performance by every 0-5th gen /jp/ talent (everyone should watch the newest Marine 3D live from a couple days ago).

My summary conclusions are I had a lot of free time and it was time well spent. Also, nyaa is your friend. Also, as a bonus I learned like five new Japanese words.

Lastly, my favorite moments are still the two performances from 3rd Fes that got me hooked on anime girls professionally singing and dancing:

Lately I'm kinda addicted to inabakumori's - lagtrain and was searching for vtuber covers of this song. Sadly there are only a few but this way I discovered Figaro, a japanese indie vtuber who started on NicoNico back in 2016 as a Utaite and debuted as a vtuber in April 2020. She does alot of singing and radio streams and has a really nice voice.
I clipped on of her lagtrain performance from this singing stream

I hope there are more covers of this song in the future, I just found some holo-themed MV with Polka or Ina. This one is really good and captures the original perfectly:

I tend to stay away from most indies and at most I just watch small corpos.

I watch Velocity's music showcase streams because sometimes they play songs from indies that no one knows about. This 2-view (1k subs after 2 years) indie made an original song for her 2nd anniversary.

Her most popular videos (barely hitting over 10k) seem to be some covers.



Also, this one had a short karaoke part in the Vtuber convention thing thats going on. Doesn't seem to stream as much but holy shit what a voice (she was singing Error but i cant find the video).

That guy on the chair seems autistic as fuck. Reminds me of the loud kids yelling out naruto attack names while sitting on the floor in the Manga aisle on Borders with about 6 Naruto volumes all over the floor around them.

What @trailcamwhore said is correct. Searching up Holos with Artist mark instead of Verified in Youtube brings up their music(originals) that is directly linked to respective channel as opposed to any other Holos without it. If I took the link directly from YT Music:

Replace the "music" with "www" and it directs to said topic channel.

That being said, I don't know why IRyS has yet to get branded as Music channel. Pretty sure Mori got her mark early on after her debut.

Interesting. IRyS and the free chat were talking about some QoL differences between Calli and IRyS' channels in terms of how music was displayed or sorted. I haven't compared them myself but that sounds typical of Youtube to have other minor changes that annoy people for no reason.

Edit: The song is very nice. I like the change in genre from her last release.

Happy for her if this turns out to be true.

I wouldn't expect much from the collab itself given that they're both awkward in collabs, and Charlie's podcast is one of the worst I've ever seen (I watched the Smiling Friends episode) so his topic-carrying ability is kind of on the floor.

But holy shit the amount of red tape in corpo vtubing is just the worst. It shouldn't take two people 1.5 years to hang out on stream when both of them said they're down to collab anytime.

if you call that worst, you haven't seen the one podcast Nux in it as a host, holy shit you invite a guest just to not let them talk, also Nux only input is that one anime guy rather than showing he has another knowledge than anime/vtubing shit
