I really think that is why it always comes back to cancer man for Ralph. He knows that with mystery cancer and no immune system Jim will probably live longer.
Ralph has started living like someone who knows they have six months left to live and intends to go out wasted.

Is it possible that Ralph has Syphilis or some other STD that could affect his brain?
We know that he's been fucking whores and that started after the Killstream got really big around 2018 and it would explain why he just can't help but make the worst choices in every avenue of his life.

But for the moment I'am still in the team "chronic alcoholism causing change of petsonnality".
One thing is sure, the last 48 hours convinced me that he is seriously mentally ill. His constant search for conflict and rage, the abuse of profanity and sexual references in over the top rants, all of this for no real reasons is a sign of psychosis/insanity in my opinion.

Considering he's already had one heart attack, he has a much higher chance of having another one. Especially given the fact he's getting fatter, I say about 5 years, since second heart attacks usually follow within 5 years of your first one and since Ralph isn't taking care of himself, it'll probably kill him this time.

I forget where, but it's been claimed that he was drinking a bottle of whiskey a day as recently as a couple of months ago. Whether that's a fifth (750 ml bottle) or a handle (1.75 liter bottle) each day is up for debate.

4 years more tops, maybe longer if something drastically changes within a year but as that’s unlikely, and given the bizarre, inhuman ways his body has been mangled by neglect- I don’t see him making it much longer. Although they say that every prediction of a lolcow’s death extends it’s life by one year so.. who knows?

252 isn't surprising, he's very short and he has literally no muscle. His legs are extremely tiny in relation to his front butt and his arms have withered away to nothing. I'm 6'1'' 185ish lbs, I couldn't imagine being 252 unless I was sucking down HGH and roids because even for me (someone who's not a midget) would be obese at 252lbs, ralph at 5'3'' is well into the morbidly obese category.
