Do you think someone who makes porn for money, ought to be able to imprison a person, if she later regrets making porn, and demands that it be taken down?

Also, if you believe that "free speech only covers thigs that don't harm someone else", and I assume you mean "emotional" or "reputational" harm, do you also believe that many of the posts here are also not "free speech".

More to the point of harm, should Julian Assange go to jail, if his disclosure of national security matters, "harmed" either a source, military effectiveness, or the reputation of the United States.

What I believe might be more appropriate, is that free speech does not mean freedom to use speech as the means to commit a separate crime, such as fraud, identity theft, threats, coercion, etc.

You need to look at her direct quote, I was convicted because she was DMCA-ing videos that have been online since 2011, and i filed a DMCA counter notice saying that she doesn't own the images.

Someone reached out to me to tell me that Metokur was mentioning S4T, and it really made me feel bad that 2 lives were destroyed.
