He was a patron as of last year (long after his disappearance) and asking Phil via Patreon questions about his schedule so he could book time off work to watch him.
Jeff was doxed after the Jasper stream when he dropped a large sum, causing his employer to hide their twitter due to the spam. Phil has since moved away from marathons with large goals that created the openings for Jeff to apparently tell him he was going to turn up to play a hero. The vest streak meant that every day became a self-contained goal that had to be maintained - which was Jeff's wheelhouse.

This move to OMM and the scheduled tips fixes every problem. Jeff can now watch Phil whenever and still support him, he can have his secret little gay relationship with his favorite parasite streamer while also not being publicly active and visible to make himself a target for the trolls, and he can own the trolls by singlehandedly sustaining Phil and preventing him from ever having a catastrophic day stream. This also costs him a fair chunk of change, and nobody has ever appeared as OMM or the other names to take credit, and Phil once blew up on another whale for using the name SilentBob, despite it being a pop culture reference, suggesting that this whale is in a class of their own who is getting some kind of communication from Phil outside of public view. Plus, OMM was active before OiC appeared.

I don't think Phil talks to all of his whales, but he talks to whoever OMM is. Phil seemed to have actually indulged a relationship with Jeff, confirming that they spoke off-stream.
I know people like to brand OiC as the boogeyman, but this whole thing stinks of Jeff.
Assuming it's not the odor of his decaying wife under the floorboards. Heyooo.

Just saying that OIC has a very specific, a very retarded pattern, that no other whale has, and 1MM fits perfectly into that pattern. One time Phil wanted to shout out 1MM as the top tipper but accidentally said OIC, there was no OIC on stream, then desperately tried to correct himself. The vest streak was completely run by OIC and his socks.

Which part of his whales struggling to meet his increasing demands is his problem? If they can't do it, it's their fault.

Really it's because he doesn't give a single iota of a fuck about how his "fans" are. They could all end up homeless and unless they suddenly valued food over him, he'd still beg and act like he's suffering more than anyone in the world.

I love how he rants about YouTube and demands they change to be as similar to Twitch as possible while also shitting on Twitch in the same breath.
Hopefully they do go down the Twitch path and kick him off as well but

He hates that he has to put in far more effort on YT to be anywhere near the ivory tower he was in on twitch. He hates that he has to put in effort for anything to grow.

Remember guys, he did nothing wrong. And he’s totally not butthurt a year later.

Even after his refusal to keep up with the times has bitten him is the ass so many times, he still refuses to change. Instead of embracing changes like the shorts to help his channel, he just bitches about how they aren't helping him to make his streams an ivory tower where he never has to face any meanies and people just throw thousands a day at him to do jack shit. He also shows that he doesn't understand the basics of running a platform with his belief that they could do it in 1 month like all coders do is mash out code and throw it out there with no proper testing (like his streams) or concern for legality.

Besides he's only bitching about twitch because they didn't tell him he did nothing wrong and that it was all the trolls' fault. Though it is funny that he was more than willing to beg for 400 a day after being departnered until he ragequit Twitch over a ban that was undone in less than a day. If he hadn't have been banned, he'd still be there now, shitting on YT while kissing twitch's ass hoping that they may partner him again.

And if he were to be forced off YT, he'll just waddle back to twitch as fast as his hoofs will carry him.

They’re all the same, so no real reason to speculate if they’re the same person or different people. It’s effectively the same outcome. That’s the main reason I don’t participate in the OIC thread, it’s just a big waste of time.

Until DSP actually has a funny/entertaining/charismatic supporter, but I feel like that’s an oxymoron.

Edit: The big exception to this is PlanetJeff, who is less of an attention whore sperg and more of just a sad failure of a man who just uses DSP as a personal chastity belt.

I do think it's useful to speculate. If it's 1-2 people propping him up, then his situation is way more volatile than if it's 4-5. It's also just funny to know exactly how much each of these individuals throws into the black hole.

I have no "favorite anything".

This remains one of my favorite traits of mahdern era phil. His flat out refusal to engage in any genuine exchanges with his audience. The only pahsitive contrivance he'll ever acknowledge now as a favorite of his is "when you guise support the streams".

Yet we know what your favorite videogame is, phil. The one you wasted your entire youth on and delude yourself into believing you're still anything but average at 20 years later. We know what your favorite brand of gin is. We know for sure which fast food delivery service is the king's favorite. We absolutely know which burly man wallet pegging mobile game is your favorite. You have plenty of favorites. Adjust the question to "what's kat's favorite ________" however and I'll be convinced you have no answer for it because you don't give enough of a shit to find out what your roommate does with her time outside the 85 mins of the day that you see her.

He just can't give the audience anything real because he loathes the fact that they fund his morbid untenable lifestyle and hold sway over him. One ungrateful scuzzbucket.
