I have a special level of contempt for fat pieces of shit who get weight loss surgery and end up gaining it all back anyway because I've seen it time and time again. Firstly, getting a gastric sleeve/etc surgery means you're such a weak willed faggot that you had to "cheat" in a sense because if you want to lose weight all you have to do is put less things in your mouth. That's it. But to get the surgery, and have that kind of advantage, and STILL fuck it up? I worked with a fat bitch who had a partial gastrectomy and lost a lot of weight, then quickly gained it all back because she figured out that she can still get her fix if she simply consumes more calorically dense foods and sugary drinks. This cow would waddle into work every day, looking like the michelin man barely fitting in her uniform for all to see and think wow this dumb bitch had major surgery and she's still fat.

There's a Ted talk on goals and motivation and the point is... Never tell anyone your goals. What happens is they give you positivity. You feel good and you have done  nothing. This leads you to not going on to actually achieve a goal as you already have the endorphins having done nothing at all.
