Chinese fans are mostly concerned that having official streams on Bilibili will attract attention from the general Chinese population, not just the relatively niche vtuber fandom. A lot of these comments are worried about attracting 饭圈 (idol/celebrity) fans, who have a long history of drama and are almost universally detested by other fanbases. If anything, Chinese idol fans make Korean idol fans look sane. I see a lot of people worrying they'll get doxxed, too, but it's not like Luxiem hasn't been doxxed down to full names and addresses already.
Streams are saved as VODs, but not everyone has that setting enabled. I would assume anyone from NijiEN would since VR members almost all save VODs.
