Reading the three separate reports from computer and forensic experts is pretty chilling, possibly the most troubling aspect is when they estimate that it took upwards of 128 man-hours and 4 agents to accomplish the task. This wasn't some off the cuff action by a single rogue agent or lab tech.

Own a musket for home defense, since that's what the founding fathers intended. Four ruffians break into my house. "What the devil?" As I grab my powdered wig and Kentucky rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pistol on the second man, miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and nails the neighbors dog. I have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.

And likely just got him off of the legit charges in the process.

This kind of fuckup doesn't just get the offending evidence thrown out. It gets -everything- thrown out. Universally, and in fact automatically, with prejudice. Meaning they can't even retry him for it It'd be double jeopardy.

I don't know ANYTHING about this case. Don't even recognize the name or know what the legit charges are, but when I see fabricated evidence added to a real crime, I think intentionally letting someone walk

He's got 28 stories on his front page. 10 either have Trump's name or picture in the headline. 12 of the remaining articles has Trump's name on the secondary headline or within the story itself. Almost 80% of his recent work is directly tied to Trump and we're multiple years out of him being in office or prominent on social media.

He's the guy who ran the NIXIM cult or whatever, where he got aspiring actresses to sign up to be his sex slaves. Weird MLM meets Scientology meets Jim Jones shit.

The most hilarious and sad thing about the whole Biden family situation is how Beau Biden fucked up Joe and the family's long-term plans.

They were grooming Beau to be Joe's successor. Getting him all the political connections, legal training, low-level offices to hold, ect. And they even had him tard-wrangling Hunter to practice tard-wrangling the Dems.

The plan was for him to be Governor of Delaware in 2016, before making a senate or presidential run.

But it all came apart because to get him to check all the boxes to be a perfect candidate, they needed him to finish some military service.

Unfortunately for them, the Iraq War happened and then-vice-president Biden couldn't prevent Beau from being shipped out to a combat zone. No one's sure if it was smoke from burn pits/oil well fires, some sort of chemical weapon, or what, but something he was exposed to over there eventually gave him brain cancer.

So he dies. Biden suddenly has no favored son to carry on, Hunter goes completely off the rails with hookers and crack, and the Dems lose to Trump.

I think that combo might've broken what was left of Biden after 8 years of being Obamas bottom bitch.

If true, this is disgusting. Raniere is already a monster without CP charges and deserves to spend his life behind bars. Now he has a case for appeal because the FBI are engaged in the same kind of blackmail that his cult performed. It almost makes me think it was intentionally planted knowing that it would screw the case and he'd get away scot free. He definitely attracted very affluent people into the cult, people who could drop tens of thousands of dollars on classes, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that someone of influence wanted him protected.

I was curious enough to look at the Wiki article. The website in question had 215,000 users, the FBI's glow op led to 956 arrests, and 5 individuals were sentenced to prison. They managed to lock up 0.002% of the pedos.

One of their targets was set free because the FBI refused to disclose their malware to the court. If their malware still works, that means whatever vulnerability they exploited still exists, and is probably being exploited by foreign intelligence agencies and criminal gangs. But the beast is so hungry for data, it doesn't care who else is eating out of the same bowl.

Mostly it collects gossip on people. It does some useful technical things like unifying state criminal history records and publishing crime stats, but their investigators mostly collect gossip. It rarely leads to prosecution. I guess you might argue the 1% chance a tip could lead to prosecution makes the whole enterprise worthwhile, but if Pacifier represents their best work, I don't know....

Edit: This needs some factual basis. From this Congressional inquiry, the FBI conducted 93,902 assessments from the end of 2008 to 2011. These resulted in fewer than 4,427 investigations. I don't know how many investigations lead to prosecution, but I guarantee it's less than 100%.

As of 2015, the FBI's facial analysis program had returned 6000 leads, leading to two arrests (dispositions not reported) and identifying two missing persons. The total number of probe photos submitted to the facial analysis unit was not disclosed, but may be orders of magnitude greater than the number of leads returned.

So every program I've looked at has an embarrassingly low success rate. The public gets this idea from TV that FBI agents are solving cases every week, putting bad guys behind bars or shooting them, but the vast majority of their work doesn't produce anything actionable.

I will defend it here. A lot of what the FBI realistically -does- is not flashy stuff with convictions. Its primary role and use is found in its ability to unify a ton of resources and tools under one banner which can then be shared with more local law enforcement. As well as handling jurisdictional issues in a clean manner.


The key takeaway is that the FBI will usually hand off prosecutions and actions to local law enforcement once they have done their bit. This minimizes conflicts.... and glory.




Though the FBI also frequently goes well beyond their legitimate use and purpose.
