It's not a bad idea except that it confirms we are having a massive effect on them and basically invites us to use our imaginations as to just how massive. So now if they all behave in sections of the wiki where we can watch them (they won't), we'll take far longer to lose interest since for all we know they're still exchanging asshurt emails, sobbing piteously and staring down the barrels of their own guns in private.
