I'm not super familiar with uh, neourethras, but essentially there is a layer of elastic, incompressible flesh between the urethra and the outer channel. The fact that their is a giant ass gaping lesion there makes me nervous, but that goes without saying.
In terms of complications I'm going to hazard a guess that It's going to be quite easy to rupture. Not sure what the Khun length of a fucking neourethra is, but I doubt it can do loops like trad-con-penis can.

I don’t think it IS a neourethra, just a blown-out normal urethra. That Stage-1 surgery certainly hasn’t had a urethra installed yet - at least, not one that can actually be peed out of.
