Even though they sure as hell aren't going to add any wacky path like that cause muh realism. Nope, President Mac just wears the same uniform now every day even though he is President and not Chief of State leading the nation during a civil war.

Kaiserdevs are some of the most autistic people, I'm shocked they didn't just remove him as a candidate or make him a NatPop with no redeeming qualities who hates gays and blacks and trannies like TNO probably would have.

He also forced liberalism down the throats of the Japanese, and heavily restricted a lot of their traditional cultural practices. Lower-ranking officers had to fight hard to get martial arts unbanned for example, and practices of Japanese religious festivals suffered tremendously when large swathes of Shintoism were banned for being "too militaristic." His cultural policies were devastating for the Japanese and it's a miracle they recovered even half as well as they did.

Another reason why HOI4 mods are going to shit is that Paradox has started to curate and pressure mod creators into doing the things they want. The Paradox devs want HOI4 Mod developers to tow the line. I think Paradox have even threatened to sue mod devs over certain mods.

To be fair, Japan was lucky they didn't get reduced to a quasi-colonial entity or outright occupied for longer than they did. Something like 1 out of every 6 Americans supported actively annihilating all Japanese culture post-WW2, MacArthur went considerably lighter on Japan than he could have done.

There's also the fact they have Hitler going by his mother's maiden last name now under the justification of "Hitler's mom didn't die young so he likely would of gotten his last name changed because he was closer to his mom".
They have confirmed they're removing Rohm from Austria as well

Very true, but on the other hand he had a lot of pet policies I doubt most of the general staff gave a shit about, like sweeping gender equality laws.

Even now Japan is still pretty cucked in terms of what it can do. The Chinese getting more aggressive and the issues with Imperial succession (Currently because of post-WW2 constitution changes most of the Imperial line was barred from inheritance as Japan was forced to abolish nobility pretty much) might force them to change some things though.

While I may of been wrong on one thing. I'm not wrong on the pozzing of RF as a whole.

It's not "pozzed" - very few care anymore about mod itself.
Duct-taping political shitshows to something that is not a TNO submod sounds absurd and you make a clown of yourself by doing so.

Needing to interpret your ESLism here's the best response I can come up with.

There's no standard HOI4 modder thread to complain about idiot mod creators being idiots. Therefore, this thread is really the best place for it. If you don't like it, not my problem. The growing absolute spergery of changing entire visions of mods due to infiltration of idpol modders is an important discussion for this site because those types tend to be lolcow spergs when people complain about said mods changing.

TLDR: Stop Whining

idpol is not present in any large mod, sorry to break your world to you but its not the reason it takes a while for most mods to update, its just plainly apathy.
