Here's the thing about Roberts. He is not owned by the Dems. He is not a super RINO cuck. Neither is he a spineless coward.

No, his big issue is that his judicial philosophy is -pure fucking cancer-.

It is "Judicial Restraint" and "Deference to Power". Roberts is the two follies of the Republicans -personified-. He is the apex of everything that can go wrong with how a Republican views the world on a fundamental level. But... -but-... that means he is actually incredibly predictable. So I can say, with 100% certainty, that Chief Justice Roberts is -livid- right now. An absolutely core tenant to his judicial philosophy is the sanctity of the court. The view of it as utterly nonpartisan which has steadily taken blow after blow and has now culminated in nothing short of a total and utter disregard and betrayal of that sanctity by a clerk within it.

Roberts is not a coward nor owned. So he will have to do something. Now what is a bit less certain because this s absolutely uncharted territory with him. But my bet is that he changes his vote to either "absent" or to a third decision which would have the exact same effect. And thus requiring two justices on the majority side to peel off.

It's hard to say because there isn't really a leadership in the Democratic Party right now. There's different factions and the "smart play" for each of them would be different because they all have different starting positions and want to accomplish different things once they win and fill the currently existant power vacuum. Time is also a factor: the power vacuum might ultimately exist for a couple of years before a definitive winner emerges. Each faction's goals in, say, mid-2023 could be completely different from their current ones.

Simply abstaining from voting would be enough to do the damage if he was going to vote against - he may hold in his autistic obsession that his ability to be impartial has been violated when the court deliberations were violated, and that he cannot in good conscious vote when the doubt of the public influence lies over his decisions made halfway through.

I just think we're speculating out of pure ignorance. Things could have changed completely—maybe Thomas knocked up some broad last week and realized he likes abortion as is. Maybe ACB was possessed by Satan and decided to become the next Sotomayor. Maybe Sotomayor had a Road to Damascus conversion while walking through her rich neighborhood and has become an evangelical. We really don't know anything other than this was the most extreme first draft from months ago from a Justice who would have the most extreme take (other than Thomas, but we all know he stands mostly alone in his opinions).

Roberts could be so pissed because things were coming to a compromise under an opinion he was writing and which didn't strictly overturn Roe, but now this has blown up the hope that his opinion won't look like public mobs and the media have influence over the Court. We literally just don't know. And that's the truly insidious nature of the leak, which was clearly calculated to cause this chaos.

I don't know why these people think forced motherhood will be a thing if Roe is overturned. Democrat states like CA have announced they will make laws that allow abortions to continue. Also there are other options. Women can find some stairs to throw themselves down in hopes of a miscarriage. They can do what the chicoms have done with baby girls for decades: just wait until the air bubbles stop. Or this option, which is old but it's still appears in local news stories; leave the newborn to die in a dumpster.

All those are measures that come with personal consequences, whether it's dying after bleeding like a stuck pig or spending the rest of their days in prison. Abortion is quick, easy and consequence-free. Legalized abortion means the bitches get to have their cake and eat it.

Sometimes a house falls into such disrepair that the only thing you can do is knock it all down and rebuild. That's where the DNC is right now, but they're too fucking deluded to realize it. And even if they did, they're too cucked and nigger/tranny/soypilled to do anything meaningful.
