I'm still flabbergasted about the DMCA shit - so here I go again with it. The fat AF pig degenerate said "if you want to take my DMCA claims to court - go ahead".

And he said it like he can't be touched for it. Is this true, nobody out there is willing to go to court over this? Is it because of all the "non-kosher" content from the guy who would sue Pig for fake DMCAing? Or is it something else?

By filling a claim you're basically saying you'll go to court. Ralph has to be the one to take flamenco to court, not the other way around. But since Ralph never challenges the counters, flamenco just ends up being stuck until the dmca claim automatically defaults.

He wasn't arrested. He was detained. It technically doesn't count, though I imagine DC metro had a chat with his PO.

Ralph did say something really dumb though. He said the cops shouldn't have gone through his truck. Which, he's on probation. His 4th Amendment is suspended. He can tell them not to search his car, metro will call his PO, his PO will violate him and they'll search it.

He's not on probation. Suspended sentence is not probation. He doesn't have a PO.

Even with a suspended sentence, he should have to report someone, shouldn't he? I don't know the ins and outs of Virginia, but that seems odd that he doesn't have to report to someone to make sure he's not doing things he's not supposed to do. Mildly disappointing nonetheless. I'd assume if enough stupid shit happens, the DA/ADA could just say fuck it and void out the suspension.
