It is a body that relies on consensus and the necessity of a majority is, by definition, what makes a decision correct and binding on lower courts. As Justice Jackson said: " We are not final because we are infallible, but we are infallible only because we are final."

The correct interpretation is the one that has five votes from the nine people who were appointed based on their ability to reach what were considered good opinions by those who nominated and confirmed them. However they have to put together an opinion that five agree is correct, it must be done.

Or maybe you could make accommodations for rape victims since rape is a real thing that can result in pregnancy even if you never have to think about that being a male. I would agree that causal sex abortion is a moral wrong, but no one is going to buy a moral argument from an anime avatar shitposter who goes "who cares about the girls who get raped." At least the moral stuff seems real when it comes from Christians, because you know it's real convictions for them, not just sticking it to the other side.
