In both of these streams the game has been in English. I don't know moon speak so I can't tell if she's actually able to read English or she's just kinda doing it by feel.

Miko's English is rudimentary at best. She can generally eventually figure out what some words are, but mostly will need help.

Also, god-bless Ame, that creative goof.

I can confirm that for her first stream she spent like an hour and a half or something longer trying to get into a match she wanted.
I missed the first part, by the time I joined she made her character, but then found out she couldn't use it outside of "story" mode. (My rise I think?) Then spent like 40 minutes flailing around in menus with English watchers desperately trying to guide her around through all of this.
She did eventually catch on it though with the chat help, and had to keep bouncing back and forth to setup entrance attire and later made Aki after getting bullied by Asuka and some other chick I don't remember. I do seem to specifically recall a pretty loud and happy sounding "TH/SANK YOU KAIGAI NIKI" toward the ending.

As far as Elite English goes, she was able to read most of the words chat gave well enough. I dunno if she knew what they meant, but she was fairly good at sounding them out to navigate the menu and ask chat if it was the correct option.

The second stream I missed most of sadly, but the VoD is still up so I assume she muted most everything musical. I also have no clue if the game even has a moon runes option, but I'm assuming not if she hasn't swapped lol
