Furthermore, it will never be illegal for adults to obtain as much cosmetic surgery as they want, even if they are frankly mentally ill. Troons are moneycows - huge consumers and worth a minimum of 2 million USD per patient in just medicine and surgery. They are also a "growth market" with a projected increase of 25% over the next few years. That's never going to be illegal. It's too profitable.

Probably not. This thread is so full of batshit trans that it's not unfair to say crazy is often co-morbid with gender dysphoria. Dude was also in a super stressful work environment where getting psychological help was looked down on, which probably made the crazy fester.
