The Troonicorn Ranchers are batshit crazy and have all the guns they want. Unless you've been adjudicated mentally incompetent, they can't really constitutionally restrict your right to own guns. I think some dealers would just refuse to deal with obviously mentally ill people who seem like they'd do something with a gun that could get the dealer sued, but they'd find some flake out there and if they had the balls to show up at a gun show there is the occasional dodgy person willing to sell to anyone.
