I am convinced at this point that Mumei is a literal child because she reminds me of how a lot of weeb girls like to act super cute and then say messed-up shit to amuse each other and then get offended because you suggest they aren't cute little mochis 24/7. I have to say that I dropped her streams the moment this became a core aspect of the experience because this tonal whiplash is too much for my sperg ass. Moomers might as well be the only member of HoloEN who seems like a complete character all the time and I have to applaud that even though she mixes two anime grill tropes I don't like.
Maybe she will grow on me like how Kiara became my oshi after I initially couldn't get behind the bottom-left mentality but Kiara's character development is one of the most underrated things HoloLive has ever seen and the role she has played in elevating the community around EN can't be understated. TBF, Mumei gave the impression she was going to be my favourite of Council and that's why I am extra salty. I also had a problem when Soju, Rushia's main clipper and arguably the best HoloClipper, decided to start clipping Mumei after Rushia graduated. Guess who was one of my favourite Japanese talents.
