What I appreciate about Tactical Twink is that he does a lot to make guns more appealing culturally (Cawadoody and Tarkov vids) without pandering to wierd commies and trannies who decided to replace their Fallout: New Vegas fixation with firearms to eventually dilate their cranial cavity with. His company also ships fast.

I wonder if that is an issue inherent to sidecar-style holsters (specifically one-piece designs), since its a big wedge of kydex supporting a pistol and magazine nestled next to one of the hottest parts of the body with a lot of articulation points (waist, hips). I'm definitely interested in seeing how the hinge piece stacks up versus shock cord (like PHLSTER, T1C) for longevity.

You probably heard stories about the Gen 1 Sidecars (which I think went through like 4 revisions over the course of the product lifespan so the stories you heard could have been regarding Gen 1.1 holsters.). The Gen 2 Sidecars haven't been out long enough to break.

I'm definitely interested in seeing how the hinge piece stacks up versus shock cord (like PHLSTER, T1C) for longevity.

I think I'd put my money on the Steel pin of the Gen 2 Sidecar, then again shock cord would probably be just fine for most people.

He's openly talked about posting/saying things with the intention of putting off certain types of people from buying from Trex. In the same streams where that came up he admits an ex thought he was autistic. He appeals well to zoomers and millennials, especially those who aren't mil/LE. Know some guys who hate him because of his personality and lack of credentials.

I can echo what others have said about the company itself. Their CS has a good reputation and the product pages are informative, but prices on most items aren't great(the attachments for the Sidecar 2.0 are 40 fucking dollars a pop).
