People who have narcissistic or egomaniacal tendencies tend to double-down when called out. Maybe he shouldn't be slamming 4k calories a day. Here's some real advice; You only need an hour and a half-2 hours in the gym 4-5 days a week and about 30 minutes cardio just as often to get swol. Cut those cals in half and just go harder than before every time. You are just getting fat right now.
