Just because the rest ot the shojos doesnt drop the bomb as frequently as Vei or Nyan, it doesnt make the whole group an innocent bird. I think you could make an argument that Mysta is pretty similar to Finana but that's about it post-Obsydia. Millie has her moments but she's mostly just an airhead.

It may not be 100% their schtick, but it is what clippers find to clip on (some of) them and get enough people viewing and commenting on them to push up the algorithm on to lowly people who otherwise don't even watch them. Just wanted to get that out there. Peace and love to a thread full of people who apparently don't like me but I'm still going to post my Oshi and respond as always!

I've gotten over my initial annoyance, but I still think you are pretty biased. Maybe not as much against hololive talents/chuubas, but especially in stereotyping "holofans" and propping them up as what is wrong with vtuber fans, ignoring those types exist in all fandoms.

You've also admitted to doing some trolling/baiting using it, so at this point I no longer give you the benefit of the doubt. But for the most part I've stopped worrying or replying to it and skip your posts, or maybe read them at most to see something from a nijifan perspective and for a few laughs.

I'll never understand the weird fascination people have with the retarded LARPing rabbit, but I also have no tolerance for the whiny "woe is me" mental health faggots. Caveat being Kiara who I've heard was similar but hasn't been since I started watching her at least. So she's at least managed to improve whereas Pippa has money now but is still in need of a tall tree and a short rope.

Pippa is just the thread darling and there isn't much you can do about it but skip posts where everyone is fawning over her, especially during streams. From a KF-regular perspective I think she ticks a lot of boxes and so is very popular here. Is this the new big kid on the Indonesian community? It's fascinating how Kobo manages to actually fucking beat everyone in ID in terms of viewership, engagement, and growth rate. With all of ya'll saying how she apparently 'saved' the Indonesian branch, I'm curious why and how that happened, and if her past self has anything to do with it.

I'd think if anyone it was Ollie who was the savior of holoID. She seems to really have been the first to get mass (non-ID) appeal, speaks largely in EN and caters more to an EN audience, and interacts a ton with other non-ID members which gets her name out there and recognition. Moona kind of brought a lot of JP over with her Pekora interactions, but Ollie I think brought in the ENs and the biggest growth. Not surprisingly, Ollie and Moona both hit 1M first in ID (and pretty close together, IIRC). It was primed and ready for ID3 and Kobo became that gen's star, so she benefitted from it most.

I like Zeta from holoID3 the best from that gen, so I've been watching mostly her. I remembered when Kobo and Zeta were collabing together early on (I think it was either a valorant or apex stream) and both hit 300K in the same stream, so I thought they were pretty neck and neck, but looking now, Kobo has really shot off and taken a big lead!

Wow. As someone who thinks the whole virginal seiso idol thing is somewhat inhumane, I support this. It would be great if this led to a larger recognition in the industry that these performers are humans who have normal human desires and do normal human things.

The MCU is the biggest movie franchise in history and prints money (as much as some OG comics fans probably don't like it), scifi/fantasy movies and TV shows are some of the most huge and popular, pretty much all the younger generations grew up watching Pokemon, Naruto, DBZ, Bleach, other "anime", etc on adult swim or elsewhere, also they grew up playing video games on PC, nintendo, PS, and/or xbox. JP manga is massively eating modern EN comic's lunch due to all the wokeness being pushed in it now. Pretty much all the geeky and nerdy stuff from when we grew up (at least old farts like some of us here) that we used to have to hide or be made fun of - comics, anime, video games, etc - is now just "normie" stuff.

You have to be pretty hardcore autistic about stuff like that anymore to be considered abnormal.

Kiara's in the members stream announcing Nenechi and her are heading to Spain some time in the future. Nene's always wanted to go but was too nervous about leaving Japan, so Kiara said she'd organize everything for the two of them and they can go to the places Nene wants to see. Nene needs to get a passport before anything is set in stone though. I recall Nene talking to Kiara about wanting to go to Italy in an earlier stream so it might be a Europe wide trip.
