Same. Subaru playthrough of the second game was great. I had been waiting for someone to pick this series up again.
I can say as an old fan who played most of the release (skip the forth due to the wii exclusive bullshit), this game is definitely the worse one, even compare to the first game. Overall though, I think the visual and gameplay (pretty weak ngl, but it have some cool mechanic), combine with Luna reaction, will make the playthrough worth watching.

I tried giving her another chance but good lord, that voice performance... Why does she choose to speak in that stilted, forced, robotic monotone? Is it a part of the character? Obviously her fans love it and props to her for leaning into it I guess. It's a shame because I have seen clips where I enjoyed her dry sense of humour and I quite enjoyed some of her performances as her previous incarnation.

Catching up on Gura's Gorn vod now, and my god this is fucking hilarious. I was laughing so hard when she made the body talk like a puppet. Other reaction - she really is kind of dumb. She constantly gets focused on one enemy and forgets the others until they kill her from behind, even though she just saw them literally 5 seconds ago. I'm only halfway through and I think it's happened in every single round, come on shork!

I don't know how holoEN has been so consistent in hiring people whose voices I can't stand. Maybe their hiring committee have very specific preferences. This isn't a MATI stance (I generally like some of them, I'm just autistic about streamer voices) but to be frank half of them present themselves in a way that sounds like they're partially retarded. There's charm in that sometimes, like with Nene, Mel and IRyS. But I don't get that same feeling from some of them.
