Recently I've been using scar away silicone spray over a concoction made of essential oils and cosmetic butters. I've tried almost all of them and mixed my favorite essential oils. I also mixed random essential oils together for experimentation, which isn't something I recommend even if you go through thorough research about them without a doctor knowing just in case you're allergic. I learned of stuff I never even heard of or really know if it is edible, only the effects it has on pigmentation, hairgrowth and scarring. I've jumped back and forth with ingredients and corrected my own errors. I've declined havinga revision because I really believed I could fix the dogearing and scarring. Over the months I've changed my techniques because after a few months, they become less effective as my skin elasticity firms up and the scar matures. I guess your body also adjusts and memorizes routines, like with working out. I think at 16-18 months post op, it's really set and stone where it's going to be. I'm noticing steady progress doing this, documenting my experience and findings. I hope to publish a few books: my own personal experience and informative on the ingredients and scar care recipes. Not only the scars but my incredible pain after 10 complications is going away after believed to be chronic. In the book, I'll talk about exactly how I wash my scars and overall body.
