Why are they smiling?? I can't. I just can't. I am legitimately mad on the internet and I welcome all the hats. This bitch is the worst person I've ever encountered.

Christ that is depressing. Poor thing never had a chance. Kim ignored all doctors- maybe this was just shit genes and luck but her lifestyle did this situation no favors . I think the baby is dead in all the pictures, thankfully. QUOTE="Vi0l3t, post: 11843303, member: 85528"]I hope I’m wrong but in the group photo the babby looks blue, so chances are it’s passed on by that time?
Huh, she actually looks like she was crying a bit.Kim uploaded a tiktok with the dead fetus in her arms, kissing on it and sharing her cash app. How long do they let people hold onto a dead body?

Something about the choice of food recipe being a *meat poptart * right between those photos was wild. I'm going to sleep horribly tonight. There's something absolutely horrifying and dystopian about seeing someone post pictures of a family smiling ear to ear holding a dead baby, plastering emojis on them, and immediately jumping to ebegging and posting food recipes. It should have been that potato woman instead.
"Angel nugget."
I remember she found out she was pregnant in November and was hospitalized multiple times in December for very bad out of control diabetes.Looks like the girl had Sirenomelia, mermaid syndrome, where the lower legs are fused. It, like caudal regression syndrome, is associated with uncontrolled diabetes. Most babies with Sirenomelia have malformed or absent kidneys and die soon after birth, though a rare few have survived.
Cleft lip and palate are also deformities associated with uncontrolled diabetes...
Some of the other deformities, like the lopsided skull, and arms pulled in, could have been caused by low amniotic fluid. Amniotic fluid is partially made of fetal urine, so low amniotic fluid goes along with absent or deformed kidneys. Apparently a deceased twin in the womb can also cause low amniotic fluid for the remaining twin.
All of these together is often called Potter's syndrome, like others have said above. However Potters syndrome is just what happens to a baby when they fail to have working kidneys. It can be genetic, idiopathic, or caused by outside factors...like hypertension and diabetes.
She killed these kids with her diabetes. Period.
Haha she's not going to throw them in the garbage, they go in a ziploc in the freezer! We all know she's going to throw them both in the garbage can and spend the money on cigarettes. She may as well be honest about it.
The cleanest bed Aidean has probably ever been in.
