This could certainly be plausible, but NDA'S, if comptently drafted, are usually clear-cut. Plus, if i remember correctly, the NDA's he made would be applied under illinois law. If nick is having that kind of stuff written up in illinois, it would mean he either already has a legal team and this stuff could basically be resolved with a phone call, or he would be looking for a lawyer in illinois to handle it. Now, there could be plenty of expensive lawyers in new york that are certified to practice in illinois, but it certainly wouldn't make a lot of sense to do that, unless he's planning on bringing in some really fancy big name lawyer, in which case he's basically going to spend a fortune over resolving said petty internet drama that he may not even have standing to win on, which is laughable and retarded for a whole seperate set of reasons.

To be fair to our Python guy here, that API JSON file is not a slam dunk for botting, as it could just be reporting the number of viewers instead of setting them.

like sargon or jf or styxx he'll be an internet nobody who used to have an audience. his streams will continue on the path from 4k now, to soon 3 then 2 then 1. at which point itll be perma capped at like 300 casual viewers and maybe 100 core members left reminiscing about the old days whilst the world moves on and other more popular streamers get their days in the sun.

I realize there's nothing you're going to show anyone in some archived json that's going to be a slam dunk gotcha smoking gun and even if there was they could just say "oops backend bug" and that would actually be a fairly reasonable excuse for a lot of people since every programmer in the world has put a worse bug in production than borking some display only value. If people haven't figured it out yet, without those people Nick wouldn't exist. Neither would a lot of people who reach minor e-celeb status on Twitter or elsewhere. People talk about feds until the cows come home but never seem to want to connect the dots about all the sex weirdo trans-pedo-gooner handlers. Even apart from any religious or ethical consideration, the best pragmatic argument for personal sexual restraint is that it keeps you the hell away from these people. It doesn't matter how moderate or harmless it feels, it's always only a few degrees of separation from an actively malevolent entity of this kind and you're within the range of its gravitational pull.
