We all know Chantal edited this video and most likely filmed it. As noted by @a dinosaur, the video is angled at a shorter height and DD’s 5’11” ass towers over Nader.
My speculation is that Nader forced her to make this video for him because views are down. Chantal is notoriously adverse to working, if he’s expecting her to put out regularly edited content for his channel, it’s going to end in the same fashion it always does. She will be in tears on the couch and ready for asspats soon enough.

Is there anything that Nader can actually do? Here is my theory.
She definitely reported the SA & DV - but when she realized what she did, she wrote that letter retracting her accusations. The police/crown know that there is no point in pursuing this case bc she is an unreliable witness & she would get torn apart on the stand.
The reason she still pretends there are charges is so that she has an EXCUSE as to why he won't claim her & why he is living with another woman. She also uses it as an excuse for why she "can't talk about it' - when her VIBs want to give her a dose of reality & point out how horrible he treats her. She just goes to the excuse "We aren't allowed to be together" or "I can't talk about him." She is full of shit bc she KNOWS the charges have been dropped.
Also - do you really think that Nader would even TALK to her , much less SEE her if there were still charges on him???? You think he would risk his freedom to violate a restraining order to see or talk to her?????
TL,DR - there are no charges on Nader from Foodie, they have been dropped. And they both use the bogus charges excuse to not talk about each other (when confronted about it or confronted about anything else) - also Nader uses the excuse to raise money & to get attention for his channel & sympathy. (remember him lying & saying he needed $7000 for an attorney to fight Foodie's charges?)

ETA: In the US it is a probation violation to even get arrested, so my gut feeling is that if he were arrested there would be a Violation of Probation hearing. Yet we have heard nothing about that. I think they took him into custody to question him about Foodie's accusations, but no arrest.
