One of my Uncles, whos father gave him a ton of properties is a land owner and while I dislike him, to pretend that he doesn't have responsibilities like actually fixing (electric, plumbing etc) his buildings and pretend he sits and collects money is such a 13 year old way of viewing landlords jobs. While I'm sure there are land owners who 'automate' all that and pay other people to do all the work, these land owners are creating actual jobs.
